The Charter House

The Charter House is a three-star hotel located in the heart of Makatiís business and commercial district. Originally an apartelle building on Legazpi Street, the hotel has gone a long way since its opening in 1980. Despite the hotelís physical ìfacelifts,î it has maintained its simplicity and laid-back charm. Today, the 10-storey building features a 94 studio rooms, 12 suites, an executive conference room, specialty restaurants, basement parking, a swimming pool and a sun deck.
